Tefal Woods: A Major wood Supplier in Poland
Tefal Woods today is one of the leading suppliers and exporters of beech, oak, ash and other European hardwoods. The company with seat in Poland exports logs and lumber to wholesalers, timber merchants and woodworking industries in more than 30 countries worldwide. Our customer structure ranges from carpenters and joineries to world famous furniture manufactures and other large-scale woodworking industries.
Our main species are steamed and unsteamed beech, oak, and ash. Other species we supply are European maple, cherry, walnut, elm as well as rarer hardwoods like pearwood, apple or plum. Our product range comprises logs, unedged and square edged lumber as well as squares and dimension stock which we produce in different sawmills in Germany.
Apart from standard grades and dimensions one of our particular strengths is the production of lumber in special thicknesses, grades and cutting methods according to our customers’ individual requirements. This includes the production of custom-size dimensions to order for just in time delivery.
In more than 40 years the company has also built up a supply base of partner sawmills all over Europe, which allows us to respond to large orders within a short lead time.
Our experienced graders ensure that all the lumber we supply is in accordance with the grading specifications.
Our own logistics team is organizing the delivery to worldwide seaport destinations or directly to your yard by truck or container. Part load deliveries by trailer or container can be organized as well. Of course we also provide all the necessary export documents.
Tefal Woods has a strict environmental policy: all our logs and lumbers are sourced from well-managed sustainable forests in Central Europe.
